My deepest sympathies to the whole Phillips family. Your dad was a great friend and fellow fireman. When our two departments worked together at fires we would always have time to talk after the fire was out. I remember working with your Dad many times at fires and on the job. He was a pleasure to know and will be missed.R.I.P. Roger. Ret. Chief, Dennis R. Volling, Antioch Fire Dept.
